Payouts to sellers

When an order completes, the seller's share becomes withdrawable. A payout is the separate step that moves it to the seller's bank account. Which provider pays depends on the seller's country; see seller onboarding.

A completed order makes the seller share withdrawable. The payout process then sends an eligible balance to the bank, through Stripe or Wise. Order completes The seller share becomes withdrawable. Bank payout Stripe or Wise sends the payout requested by anime.club.

anime.club charges no withdrawal fee. Non-US Stripe international payout cost is deducted before proceeds reach the connected balance: 1.5% for USD settlement or 2.5% when currency conversion is required. For sellers paid through Wise, nothing is deducted from the order share; Wise takes its own transfer fee from each payout to a bank account. Withdrawals require at least US$50 equivalent in the payout currency.

anime.club initiates eligible payouts

anime.club runs the payout process. By default it pays eligible balances weekly, batching them rather than creating one bank payout for every order. A seller can turn automatic payouts off and use Withdraw now instead. A balance below the configured payout minimum stays until it becomes eligible. anime.club does not currently publish a guaranteed processing time.

Stripe, Wise, or the receiving bank may delay or reject a payout. The seller payments page shows pending, paid, failed, partially paid, and action-required payout history. See seller dashboard availability.

Stripe Connect sellers

Seller accounts use Stripe's manual payout schedule, so Stripe does not send the balance to the bank on its own schedule. See Stripe's manual payouts and payouts to connected accounts. Sellers accept the Stripe connected account agreement.

Wise sellers

The balance is held in USD until payout. For a bank account, Wise converts it to the seller's local currency at payout and sends it by local bank transfer. Payouts in JPY and KRW are in whole units.

When a seller uses Withdraw now, the seller payments page shows Wise's quoted fee and about how much the seller receives before they confirm. Weekly automatic payouts are sent without that preview. Payout history keeps the quoted fee. The page is not yet available in production; see seller dashboard availability. anime.club sends the transfer from its own Wise account.

For a Wise account, the payout is sent in USD to the seller's Wise balance, normally without a Wise transfer fee; any fee Wise quotes is shown the same way. Converting and withdrawing from Wise afterwards follows Wise's pricing.
