Platform rules

最後審核:

The full rules are in sections 9 to 11 of the Terms of Use. This page summarises them.

Content you publish

You are responsible for content you upload, list, review, comment on, or send to another user. You keep the rights you hold, and you must have every right needed to post it.

Do not use anime.club to:

  • break the law or help someone else do so
  • post content that sexualizes minors, including drawn or fictional characters who appear to be minors in sexual content
  • harass, threaten or bully anyone, or promote hatred or violence against a group
  • share someone's private information, or intimate images of anyone without their consent
  • infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights, including posting someone else's work as your own
  • impersonate a person or organization
  • spam, or manipulate reviews, likes, follows or orders
  • post or deliver work made with generative AI (see generative AI)
  • arrange payment outside anime.club for work found on anime.club

An 18+ classification does not make prohibited content acceptable. See mature content and safety.

Reporting content

Use the report action on artwork and product listings. For anything else, including users, messages and reviews, email support@anime.club and explain where the content is and why. Moderators review every report; removal is not decided by automation alone.

For a copyright claim or counter-notice, follow section 11 of the Terms of Use and send it to dmca@anime.club.

Enforcement

If content breaks the rules, anime.club may hide it, limit it, or suspend the account. The author gets a message from the official anime.club account explaining why, and has 72 hours to respond. Content that is not restored counts as a strike, and 3 strikes ban the account. Serious violations, such as content sexualizing minors, fraud or threats, can lead to immediate suspension. Any decision can be reviewed by replying in the moderation chat or writing to support@anime.club.
