Reviews on anime.club are attached to orders. They are not free-standing testimonials.

Who can leave a review

A buyer can review an order after approving a commission, or after a dispute about an order is decided in the seller's favour. Other downloadable purchases, and orders that complete automatically, cannot be reviewed. The seller can read the review after it is submitted.

The form records:

• a rating from 1 to 5 stars
• a written description

After an order has a review, that review replaces the form. Product pages can show an aggregate star rating.

What to write

Keep the review about the order and your experience. Section 9 of the Terms of Use prohibits harassment, threats, and manipulated reviews; reviews must reflect your own experience.

The order association shows that the review came from a transaction. It does not prove that every statement is accurate.

Review concerns

Reviews cannot be edited once posted, and there is no seller reply or review report button. To raise a concern about a review, use Contact support from the order menu or email support@anime.club. Support decides under sections 9 and 10 of the Terms of Use.
