When an order completes, the buyer gets a licence to use the delivered work. The full wording is in section 6 of the Terms of Use. Copyright stays with the Seller unless the Seller's order terms clearly transfer it.

Default: personal use

Every buyer may use the work for personal, non-commercial use, forever:

• display it privately
• print a copy for themselves
• use it as an avatar or profile picture on their own accounts, crediting the Seller where the place allows it

Commercial use

If the listing allows commercial use, the buyer may also use the work commercially, within any limits in the Seller's order terms.

Seller's order terms

A Seller can widen the licence, for example to allow merchandise, or limit commercial use and redistribution. Order terms cannot remove the personal use above, and they cannot override the Terms of Use or rights a buyer has by law.

Not allowed unless the order terms say so

• reselling or redistributing the files
• claiming the work as your own
• using the work to train generative AI models

Refunds

If an order is refunded or the payment is reversed, the licence for that order ends and the buyer must delete the files.
